North American Stainless Inc. (NAS) is raising most March stainless surcharges on the back of rising nickel and chrome prices. This follows a similar move by ATI Allegheny Ludlum Corp., part of Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Technologies Inc. (AMM, Feb. 22).
