The SB3139 multi-purpose vanishing lubricant providing high lubricity performance in applications where post process parts washing is not an option.
The SB3139 performs well in such applications as Press Fitting, Punching, Blanking, Light Stamping, and many types of Forming. Following the operation, this
product dries almost completely leaving behind a clear, thin rust protective film.
The SB3139 contains a unique additive to reduce misting which frequently occurs in high speed press operations. This benefit along
with the low odor gives SB3139 a high degree of operator acceptance. It is a non-flammable product and can be applied with rollers, sprayers, drip, and immersion.
The SB3139
will not stain metals and is specially treated to provide corrosion protection. Manufacturers can rely on this formula to perform exceptionally with the confidence that there are no
chlorinated solvents or EPA hazardous components in the SB3139. All additives are synthetic.
