Synthetic Water Solution Corrosion Inhibitor
The SB1100 is an oil free, water based
rust preventative. It may be used straight for extended protection or diluted up to 3:1 with water depending upon the length of protection time desired. Following water evaporation, the SB1100 leaves behind a thin, virtually non detectable clear film. The resulting film will not drip or continue to “run” as with oil based products. This film will not harden over time.
The SB1100 contains no hazardous ingredients and is not an oxidizer. This formula allows for easy removal even in ambient temperature wash systems.
The SB1100 films may be welded over without issue and will not induce additional smoke as is common with oil based corrosion inhibitors.
